I do communication through the email provided in the commission form. This is so I can read back and refer to previous emails if necessary.
Commission Process:
Make sure to check my schedule if there is a slot open. I do not accept new commissions if my slots are full.
When you have decided on a commission type, please fill in the commission form on the commission page. There you can provide details like the email I should reach out to, and the type of commission you want me to work on.
When I receive the form, I will reach out to you through email where we can discuss the finer points of the commission, such as pricing or specific details you want (reaching out may take a few days).
If we both agree on the terms and details of the commission, I will give you a slot.
When I have finished the first sketch (may take a few weeks), I will reach out to you again. If the sketch is approved, I will move on to lineart.
After finishing the lineart, base colors and shading respectively, I will reach out for progress images and feedback, although you are also free to ask for them if you are curious or I forgot.
When the final art is done and approved, I will provide you with the finished high quality artwork, via Google Drive in the agreed upon format, as soon as possible.
Revision Policy:
During the sketch phase you may request up to three major revisions (such as changing pose, props etc).
During any other phase (lineart, color, shading) you may only request small changes (such as color adjustments, minor lighting details).
Currency accepted is EUR (€) and can be paid through bank transfer, Paypal, or Ko-Fi.The first payment (50% of the agreed on price) is to be made upfront, before I start working on the sketch.
The second payment (50% of the agreed on price) is to be made when the commission is finished.
If for any reason I need to cancel a commission, the following policy applies:If I need to cancel before work was started, and before I was paid, I will inform you through email that the commission was cancelled.
If I need to cancel after the first payment was made, but before the commission is finished, I will refund you the amount paid to me. You will also be given the commission up to the stage I have completed it at.
